An essential part of applying for a job is always the application photo. Because the application dossier is often pre-selected on the basis of the photo, which gives the person responsible for human resources a first impression within seconds. It is therefore important that you can draw attention to yourself and impress with a professionally created application photo with your sympathy and competence.
Why is a professionally created application photo worthwhile?
Committed to quality
If you use a selfie or a photo from the machine in the application folder, it doesn't look professional and conveys the message that you're not willing to invest in yourself.
Saving on the application photo is not worth it, so the costs should not be the priority. As a photographer, I create individual application photos in the photo studio those about you and the potential job or apprenticeship fit.

How do I go about a shoot for application photos?
In advance we discuss together (usually by phone) what type of position you intend to apply for and what type of appearance is most suitable for it.
During the shooting I will help you to transport these emotions with the appropriate charisma on the photos. For example, in sales you should radiate competence and sympathy, in a nursing profession care and patience, or assertiveness in a leadership role.

We take enough time for the actual shooting and I make sure that the atmosphere is relaxed. I respond to your needs and together we approach the final photo.
Before I press the shutter button of the camera, I check again whether the outfit fits, the hair lies well and there are no disturbing elements on the picture.
What is the right outfit for the application photo?
Professional attitude
We have already discussed a possible outfit in advance. Make sure that the outfit is spotless and ironed for the photo session. You should too feel comfortable in the clothes you have brought with you and they should fit correctly.

Tip:
I recommend avoiding too much jewelry, otherwise it will distract from you as a person. However, you can wear subtle earrings or a necklace.
Which make-up is suitable for the application picture?
Exceptional quality
I recommend using a subtle make-up. Eye rims, redness and pimples can be covered to make the face smoother. Make sure that the neck is also made up and that no transitions to the neck are visible. At my place I check whether there are still shiny spots to be seen and improve them if necessary.
